Who am I? I am a screwed-up blogger and an active blog reader since 2007. A soulful dreamer who believes that passion is life and a person who is looking for meaning, just like any other human being in this world. A super girl wannabe who is currently taking chances and chasing pavements, while keeping up with time and living life in general. This is me, and this blog is the outlet of my random thoughts. With a foolish mother and the need to look after her younger sister, “pretty boy” Go Eun Chan has to give up her feminine image to help support the family with multiple jobs. Because of her previous experience with Tae Kwon Do, Eun Chan (Yoon Eun Hye) has quite the bold and opinionated personality. Choi Han Kyul (Gong Yoo) seems to know women well and thinks of himself as a great guy. After accidentally being mistaken for a man by Han Kyul’s older brother, Choi Han Seong, she starts working at Coffee Prince, and falls in love with the hot-tempered owner Choi Han Kyul. Han Kyul hires Eun Chan to avoid an arranged marrage by pretending to be romantically linked to a “gay” Eun Chan. But Choi Han Kyul slowly starts to develop feelings for her, but still doesn’t believe in love. Eun Chan also starts to have feelings for Han Kyul but can’t confess that she’s a woman, Han Kyul, continues thinking that the agonized Go Eun Chan is a man. Choi Han Kyul thinks he’s experiencing feelings of homosexuality towards her, and gets heartsick. This side of him was drawn in a risky but fun way. The part when he discovers that Go Eun Chan is a woman is shown in an undemanding way, and the story doesn’t concentrate on just these two people, but also on the other people who frequent Coffee Prince. These people are shown one by one in a natural way, and since the story isn’t just about romance but about the natural conflicts of all the characters.
"It doesn't matter whether you are a man or an alien. I don't care anymore. Let's go together, as far as we can go!"
-from CHOI HAN KYUL (Gong Yoo) to EUN CHAN (Yoon Eun Hye)
Coffee Prince is a romantic comedy in an all-in-one package. It can make you life and smile with that "kilig factor", but you'll also shed tears at the same time. It touched my heart. It's definitely not your typical girl meets boy love story. Well, it's still a story about a girl and a boy, but with a different twist this time. A girl trying to pretend to be a guy in order to get a job in a certain coffee shop called "Coffee Prince", who's owned by a not so nice and super arrogant man. The story revolves around the characters in the coffee shop itself; hence, the title of the series. It's where the two leads develop their affection for each other in one compact setting. The best part of the series was the last episode, where (Gong Yoo), the cafe owner, declares his love and affection to her (Yoon Eun Hye), her employee saying the phrases, "It's doesn't matter anymore if you are an alien or you are a man. I don't care anymore. Let's go together as far as we can go!" I definitely think that was such a sweet gesture and I was speechless.
I just finished watching Coffee Prince two days ago and it's super nice. It's funny but at the same time, it's twice as tear-jerking as it can get, with the complicated story between a real guy and a woman who's a guy in disguise, as if he's going a little bit too far because he seemed to be falling for someone who has the same gender preference as his. Yoon Eun Hye did it again for the second time around, but this time, with another lead, Gong Yoo. Well, I certainly think they make a good pair and the chemistry was also amazing. It could be because the story is in a different track this time. The two leads were regarded as 2007's most popular couple after appearing in "The First Shop of the Coffee Prince/Coffee Prince". MBC, the station who aired it expressed its interest in making a sequel; however, the lead actor, Gong Yoo is enlisting for the military in 2008 so he might not be able to join the cast in the part 2. negotiations are on and let's see what happens next. Please watch it if you get the chance. If I'm not mistaken it's airing today in a local TV station. I swear, it's really nice!

The Blogger
Not a lot of people know (or would even understand), but I am also a victim of drama obsession. I've been camping in dramalandia since I was 13 years old, and that's where you will most likely find me when I have nothing to do.
One of the symptoms of this disease is daydreaming about dramas everywhere whether you are at work, walking down the stairs, sleeping, even as you are walking...creepy isn't it? Hahaha!
I am also a big Asian music fan and I think Asian music rocks! I go back and forth from Cpop to Kpop and Jpop, so I may be different (and strange) compared to other people that you can find around. I am an elder sister , a dreamer , a believer , a gamer , wanderer , blogger , an optimist , an ultimate foodie and a, hands down, fangirl . I love reading books , writing , music , photography and traveling.
I am a nurse by profession who is also a copy editor and a freelance writer . I enjoy learning how to play musical instruments and learning various languages . I am crazy, loud, spontaneous, free-spirited and most of the time, a klutz.
Eren Asentista a.k.a. Eray, 23, female, from Dumaguete City, Philippines. My personality...it's complicated. :D Believe me, you wouldn't want to know who I am. Hahaha! XD
I am currently watching...
In the coming days, I plan to watch...
In Asian Entertainment, I fancy...
(This is still lacking, but this is more or less it. LOL! I will most likely be updating this in the future to accommodate my growing list of biases but check em out!)

The things that I want to do before I die are the following:
An Asian cruise.
Templestay in Korea.
An African safari adventure.
Backpacking to Europe.
Traveling through the European railways.
