Who am I? I am a screwed-up blogger and an active blog reader since 2007. A soulful dreamer who believes that passion is life and a person who is looking for meaning, just like any other human being in this world. A super girl wannabe who is currently taking chances and chasing pavements, while keeping up with time and living life in general. This is me, and this blog is the outlet of my random thoughts. The Secret to Looking Young

Some people look incredibly younger than their peers. They become objects of admiration because of their firm skin and flexible bodies. They make many people wonder if they were born to look young. There is no doubt that some people inherit their young-looking faces, eyes and skin from their parents. But experts say that environmental factors play a bigger part than genetic ones in determining if one looks young or not. The secret to looking young has much in common with the longevity secret. Sufficient sleep helps the skin relax and improves metabolism. Avoiding ultraviolet rays, cigarette smoke and polluted air also helps keep the skin healthy. To maintain your body’s flexibility for as long as possible, it is important to exercise regularly. Exercising not only helps one keep fit but also improves the complexion. A cold shower or bath helps improve sexual function and blood circulation, prevents colds and increases the number of leucocytes, which protect the body from various bacteria. People suffering from chronic fatigue are advised to take cold showers and baths as well. Eating a significant amount of kimchi and the fermented soybean paste "doenjang" also contributes to longevity. Fermented foods contain large amounts of ferment fungus, which removes waste matters from the body and cleanses the blood.

Skin care -- essential for looking young |
| Many women these days spare no effort to improve their complexion through massages and functional cosmetics. But these methods only prevent the skin from further damage and have a limited ability to improve the skin from damage caused by stress and ageing. That also explains why a growing number of women are resorting to Botox, peeling and other cosmetic procedures. One of the most popular of these procedures is "multi-item." It is performed by using platelet rich plasma (PRP) extracted from a patient's blood through centrifugation, as the platelet rich plasma contains many growth factors. The procedure is very popular in Europe, Singapore and Japan, and has gained enormous popularity for its beautifying effect. It is also known as the “self-blood treatment” and “Regen PRP method.” It is known to be effective in healing acne scars, reducing pores and eliminating wrinkles. It is important to extract the densest platelets from the patient’s blood to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment. That’s why regen kits are used for the PRP procedure. | |

| Round forehead -- the basic prerequisite of looking young |
| The majority of women who look younger than their age have round, bulging foreheads. Plastic surgery to modify the shape of the forehead to make a flat forehead look more voluminous has been very popular these days. This so-called “nano forehead cosmetic surgery” allows for the modification of the shape of the forehead with minimal scarring. A more voluminous forehead makes the face look prettier and younger. ▷Improving the complexion ① Widened pores and black heads Widened pores and black heads can be treated with professional skin scaling, which clarifies the skin and reduces the pore size to prevent future blackheads. Methods that help get rid of pores and sebum include Jessner’s Peel, skin scaling using TCA, SPCS pore diminishing procedure and Fraxel Xena. ② Acne scars, scarred skin People suffering from acne scars are recommended to try Fraxel Xena, which doesn’t affect the surface of the skin and causes minimal pain while effectively removing acne scars. The procedure is very simple and patients may apply makeup immediately after it is over. ③ Loose skin with spots Aged skin with dark spots can be improved using Gemini Laser Cook Lifting. A combination of the Nd-yag Laser (1064NM) and Long Pulse KTP (532NM) methods, it removes dark spots from the skin and makes it firm.

| Healthy hair – a secret to young looks |
| Some people still look old despite their good complexion and voluminous foreheads. The reason is thin hair. Factors that cause hair loss include excessive stress, frequent hair dyeing and perms, genetic factors, sensitive scalps and dandruff. The treatment and prevention of hair loss requires continuous effort. Experts advise combining herbal and Western medicinal treatment with a diet based on raw foods and thorough hair care. Hair loss does not simply involve the scalp and hair density but also a person’s nutrition. Hair loss caused by stress requires liver treatment as well, because the liver-heat syndrome can cut the nutrient supply to the hair. Reducing the intake of instant foods and leading a regular lifestyle also helps keep the hair healthy. |

The Blogger
Not a lot of people know (or would even understand), but I am also a victim of drama obsession. I've been camping in dramalandia since I was 13 years old, and that's where you will most likely find me when I have nothing to do.
One of the symptoms of this disease is daydreaming about dramas everywhere whether you are at work, walking down the stairs, sleeping, even as you are walking...creepy isn't it? Hahaha!
I am also a big Asian music fan and I think Asian music rocks! I go back and forth from Cpop to Kpop and Jpop, so I may be different (and strange) compared to other people that you can find around. I am an elder sister , a dreamer , a believer , a gamer , wanderer , blogger , an optimist , an ultimate foodie and a, hands down, fangirl . I love reading books , writing , music , photography and traveling.
I am a nurse by profession who is also a copy editor and a freelance writer . I enjoy learning how to play musical instruments and learning various languages . I am crazy, loud, spontaneous, free-spirited and most of the time, a klutz.
Eren Asentista a.k.a. Eray, 23, female, from Dumaguete City, Philippines. My personality...it's complicated. :D Believe me, you wouldn't want to know who I am. Hahaha! XD
I am currently watching...
In the coming days, I plan to watch...
In Asian Entertainment, I fancy...
(This is still lacking, but this is more or less it. LOL! I will most likely be updating this in the future to accommodate my growing list of biases but check em out!)
