Who am I? I am a screwed-up blogger and an active blog reader since 2007. A soulful dreamer who believes that passion is life and a person who is looking for meaning, just like any other human being in this world. A super girl wannabe who is currently taking chances and chasing pavements, while keeping up with time and living life in general. This is me, and this blog is the outlet of my random thoughts. (^___^)
Most of the posts in this blog revolve around Asian dramas, movies and pop culture, so please proceed at your own risk. Don't say I didn't warn you. Haha! Have a wonderful and blessed day! :)

Super Junior Sets the Mood for Christmas With Their New Japanese Single "Snow White"

Christmas is fast approaching. Yayyy! There are so many reasons to be happy indeed. As early as now, Super Junior is already setting the mood for a happy Christmas this year. With the release of their newest Japanese single comes Snow White,
which was reportedly scheduled for a January 7 official release in
Japan. Though I don't know the exact reason why the full audio is
already out, it must be because it was leaked ahead of its release
date, just like most Suju songs in recent years. It's a very typical
Suju song and, yes, it did not disappoint. *Not even a single bit.* I
don't know what the others think, but in my vocabulary, it's a WIN.
I've been hiding in caves lately, so I was able to listen to the full
version pretty late compared to all the others. Everyone was already
spazzing in my twitter timeline yesterday, but I was like, "Oh well, I
guess it can wait." Haha!
With all honesty, I've been loving all of the new releases from the
group (or even from its individual members with other singers) ever
since their fifth album. Not that I was dissatisfied with their
previous albums or singles, but I've been pretty much happier because
their latest releases are bringing back the memories of the good old SJ
(the good old SJ who caught my attention and the good old SJ that got
me into Kpop). The upbeat melody, the dorkiness of the members, and the
happy feel that you get from the songs...it just feels like home!
That's right! Back in the days when they were young, crazy, and hyper
as ever.
I like these kind of songs because they give me energy once in a
while. The members themselves have been my energy pills for years. When
I am down and tired, they lift my mood. When I want a quick fix, their
happy tunes make me forget about everything else that's bad and not
worth remembering. When I am depressed, I immediately transform from
oblivious to hyper whenever I watch their variety shows, old or new.
It's amazing what they and their music can do. Not a lot of people
would understand that, and that's okay, but this is probably how most
ELFs like me feel.
I don't know about the others, but I am quite happy with how the
group has turned out to be all over these years. As a fan for almost
six years, I am happy because of three very simple reasons: that they
still exist, that they are still singing and, most of all, that they
are still singing happy songs that make other people happy as well. If
there's one thing I realized after being a Suju fan over the years,
that is the fact that happiness is contagious and viral. It is
infectious because it gets to you and it won't stop. Nevertheless, it
is a good kind of virus, so I would like to remain infected for as long
as it lasts. :D
Not a lot of people know (or would even understand), but I am also a victim of drama obsession. I've been camping in dramalandia since I was 13 years old, and that's where you will most likely find me when I have nothing to do.
One of the symptoms of this disease is daydreaming about dramas everywhere whether you are at work, walking down the stairs, sleeping, even as you are walking...creepy isn't it? Hahaha!
I am also a big Asian music fan and I think Asian music rocks! I go back and forth from Cpop to Kpop and Jpop, so I may be different (and strange) compared to other people that you can find around. I am an elder sister , a dreamer , a believer , a gamer , wanderer , blogger , an optimist , an ultimate foodie and a, hands down, fangirl . I love reading books , writing , music , photography and traveling.
I am a nurse by profession who is also a copy editor and a freelance writer . I enjoy learning how to play musical instruments and learning various languages . I am crazy, loud, spontaneous, free-spirited and most of the time, a klutz.
Eren Asentista a.k.a. Eray, 23, female, from Dumaguete City, Philippines. My personality...it's complicated. :D Believe me, you wouldn't want to know who I am. Hahaha! XD
I am currently watching...
In the coming days, I plan to watch...
In Asian Entertainment, I fancy...
(This is still lacking, but this is more or less it. LOL! I will most likely be updating this in the future to accommodate my growing list of biases but check em out!)
The things that I want to do before I die are the following:
An Asian cruise. Templestay in Korea. An African safari adventure. Backpacking to Europe. Traveling through the European railways.
