Profile

Who am I? I am a screwed-up blogger and an active blog reader since 2007. A soulful dreamer who believes that passion is life and a person who is looking for meaning, just like any other human being in this world. A super girl wannabe who is currently taking chances and chasing pavements, while keeping up with time and living life in general. This is me, and this blog is the outlet of my random thoughts. • On the way to my grandpa's tomb
    Friday, November 2, 2007 @ 2:00 PM | comment (0)

Whew! At last we came back from a long trip yesterday to visit my grandfather's (in my mom's side) tomb in Bayawan - not in the city itself, but in the mountain interiors so to speak. I have not been to this place for would you believe, almost five years, and I am glad I am back. I miss the man! We did not really spend much time when he was still alive because he and my lola lived far from us and we didn't see each other often. Plus, he died when I was 6. At a very early age, I vaguely had memories with him. But the time we've spent together during very few occassions in the past will always be in my heart. Lolo, wherever you are, I know you are certainly happy! Mum, daddy dudz, papa boy and mommy nora (my mum's siblings) wouldn't be very good in the kitchen if it weren't for you, and I wouldn't have a mum who cooks really good without a lolo like you who cooks the "best".

    My lolo's grave...

We love you lolo! We'll be back next year hopefully... :8)
