Profile
Who am I? I am a screwed-up blogger and an active blog reader since 2007. A soulful dreamer who believes that passion is life and a person who is looking for meaning, just like any other human being in this world. A super girl wannabe who is currently taking chances and chasing pavements, while keeping up with time and living life in general. This is me, and this blog is the outlet of my random thoughts. Last sunday, I went with my mum to buy groceries. The weather was quite bad. The sky was gloomy and I was so sleepy.Nothing special was expected to happen that day, except for the fact that our very own Manny 'Pacman' Pacquaio will have a fight with Oscar Dela Hoya. It's actually one of the most highly anticipated fights in boxing history ever. One of year 2008's highlights in itself. Before the actual date of the fight, promotions were all over the internet, in televisions and elsewhere. Everyone anticipated the date to come. People from all walks of life waited for this. From the high-ranking government officials, celebrities, wealthy individuals, ordinary citizens...the very rich and famous, and even those who are below the poverty line. I was amazed to find out that the streets of our very own, Dumaguete City was very peaceful that I could count the number of vehicles passing by and traversing the streets. Everyone was glued to their homes and to their TV sets to watch the fight. Some were even watching payperviews especially offered by some of the city's restaurants. Literally, Dumaguete in a nutshell was 'silent' during those times.
It's been said. And everybody's talking about it everywhere. Another victory for our very own boxing hero, Manny Pacquaio. At first, everyone was quite apprehensive, for it was Oscar Dela Hoya, the man that he'll be fighting with this time. But then, he proved most of us wrong, for he defeated the Golden Boy. And it came as a surprise to most Filipinos, especially to boxing analists and afficionados. Perhaps, more to the Mexicans...considering the fact that they have been defeated several times already. And it's not just Manny. Some other boxers who are following his footsteps are also making their own marks following the footsteps of the idol that many looks up to.

I am personally proud of him. He's training was tough, yet he never failed us. He always stood up and managed to end his battles well in the end. It's truly one of the things that make every Filipino proud. In just 8 rounds, he won the battle. And this is not just the end. This is just one of the milestones in his brilliant boxing career. He would reach heights, higher than what he has right now... and that's for sure. Everything will come one after another pretty soon. If there's one thing i'd like him to know, I hope he stays as a boxing hero. I'm sure he'll become a legend one day. Rather than as a politician, I think he's better off as Manny Pacquiao - The People's Champion. :8)

The Blogger
Not a lot of people know (or would even understand), but I am also a victim of drama obsession. I've been camping in dramalandia since I was 13 years old, and that's where you will most likely find me when I have nothing to do.
One of the symptoms of this disease is daydreaming about dramas everywhere whether you are at work, walking down the stairs, sleeping, even as you are walking...creepy isn't it? Hahaha!
I am also a big Asian music fan and I think Asian music rocks! I go back and forth from Cpop to Kpop and Jpop, so I may be different (and strange) compared to other people that you can find around. I am an elder sister , a dreamer , a believer , a gamer , wanderer , blogger , an optimist , an ultimate foodie and a, hands down, fangirl . I love reading books , writing , music , photography and traveling.
I am a nurse by profession who is also a copy editor and a freelance writer . I enjoy learning how to play musical instruments and learning various languages . I am crazy, loud, spontaneous, free-spirited and most of the time, a klutz.
Eren Asentista a.k.a. Eray, 23, female, from Dumaguete City, Philippines. My personality...it's complicated. :D Believe me, you wouldn't want to know who I am. Hahaha! XD
I am currently watching...
In the coming days, I plan to watch...
In Asian Entertainment, I fancy...
(This is still lacking, but this is more or less it. LOL! I will most likely be updating this in the future to accommodate my growing list of biases but check em out!)

The things that I want to do before I die are the following:
An Asian cruise.
Templestay in Korea.
An African safari adventure.
Backpacking to Europe.
Traveling through the European railways.
