Who am I? I am a screwed-up blogger and an active blog reader since 2007. A soulful dreamer who believes that passion is life and a person who is looking for meaning, just like any other human being in this world. A super girl wannabe who is currently taking chances and chasing pavements, while keeping up with time and living life in general. This is me, and this blog is the outlet of my random thoughts. Cyndi Wang Teams Up with Show Luo for New Song "Accompany Me To The Future"

Taiwanese singer-actress Cyndi Wang (王心凌) recently unveiled the music video to her collaboration track, Accompany Me To The Future (陪我到以後), with fellow singer turned actor Show Luo (羅志祥), who is one of my favorite Asian singers by the way. Cyndi released her latest album recently, and it is titled Sticky (黏黏), where two of her songs in there are featured in the OST of her latest drama, Mei Le, Go! (美樂。加油) together with Mike He, which started to air in TW a few weeks ago.
Though I am not a fan of Cyndi's acting (no offense to her and to her fans), I must admit that I really like her voice. Well, she was originally trained to be a singer, but she has branched out to acting already, appearing in various idol dramas with the most popular TW idol stars like Mike He and Fahrenheit's Jiro Wang. Now, she is considered one of the most popular actresses of her generation, and she's one of TW's new breed of primetime actresses. There's one song from her latest album that I must admit I love. It's called Don't Cry (不哭), and it is my favorite OST song out of the hundred (probably) Asian drama OST songs that have been released so far this year.

Cyndi has a really soothing voice, and she is one of the very few TW actresses who have successfully crossed over from singing to acting over the past few years with her raw and pure talent. While she may not be the most gorgeous out of the bunch, she really has the talent to boot. And I must say that she should continue releasing more singles and albums in the future because more than seeing her in a drama, I prefer to see her up on stage more, while singing all of her wonderful songs. Cyndi's music has been consistently good, and she constantly exceeds my expectations in every new record, so I am certain that her talent will always shine in the end. Her songs are my "most played" tracks during rainy days because there's no better cure than a "Cyndi ballad playlist" during those stressful days.
Show Luo, on the other hand, was amazing, as always. I have always admired him as a singer, and he's one of the better actors around the TW entertainment industry these days. I hope he gets more projects in movies and dramas in the future, so he can harness his potential to become an even better actor. I missed Lin Da Lung in Hi! My Sweetheart, so I hope he dons on that mushroom-cut wig next time and be all silly, even if it's just for a variety show. Or better yet, call Rainie Yang over, and hold a tea party with a Pink Panther theme or something of that sort, and I will be the happiest shipper of all. Hahaha!
*Sorry for the Rainie and Show Luo diversion. LOL! XD
Meanwhile, check out Cyndi and Show Luo's latest collab in the video below!

The Blogger
Not a lot of people know (or would even understand), but I am also a victim of drama obsession. I've been camping in dramalandia since I was 13 years old, and that's where you will most likely find me when I have nothing to do.
One of the symptoms of this disease is daydreaming about dramas everywhere whether you are at work, walking down the stairs, sleeping, even as you are walking...creepy isn't it? Hahaha!
I am also a big Asian music fan and I think Asian music rocks! I go back and forth from Cpop to Kpop and Jpop, so I may be different (and strange) compared to other people that you can find around. I am an elder sister , a dreamer , a believer , a gamer , wanderer , blogger , an optimist , an ultimate foodie and a, hands down, fangirl . I love reading books , writing , music , photography and traveling.
I am a nurse by profession who is also a copy editor and a freelance writer . I enjoy learning how to play musical instruments and learning various languages . I am crazy, loud, spontaneous, free-spirited and most of the time, a klutz.
Eren Asentista a.k.a. Eray, 23, female, from Dumaguete City, Philippines. My personality...it's complicated. :D Believe me, you wouldn't want to know who I am. Hahaha! XD
I am currently watching...
In the coming days, I plan to watch...
In Asian Entertainment, I fancy...
(This is still lacking, but this is more or less it. LOL! I will most likely be updating this in the future to accommodate my growing list of biases but check em out!)
