Profile

Who am I? I am a screwed-up blogger and an active blog reader since 2007. A soulful dreamer who believes that passion is life and a person who is looking for meaning, just like any other human being in this world. A super girl wannabe who is currently taking chances and chasing pavements, while keeping up with time and living life in general. This is me, and this blog is the outlet of my random thoughts. • The Long Vacation Nostalgia
    Monday, January 5, 2009 @ 1:31 PM | comment (1)

Classes officially kicked off today. Everything was back to reality. And to make things more real, Iit just sinked in to me this morning when I took our lecture exam. Much to dismay, I was at the brink of making myself believe that holidays were not over yet. I was just too attached to the thought of me sleeping all day and doing nothing in particular really. Well, not really sleeping for one whole day technically, but most of the time. These days, it's one of the many things that make me happy. Whenever I get a good night's sleep, I always wake up at the right side of the bed, and everything falls into place. It's really a way of jumpstarting my day. The feel of the holidays is still all over the place. Sure enough, I was still nostalgic about the holidays and everything during the Christmas break. I missed the days when I was contemplating hard enough on what to do, and how to kill the time basically. It was one of the most boring days ever. But they served their purpose well for I was able to catch up with my sleep.

Because of my disbelief,I still went out during the last minute of the long vacation. It was like passing a paper that was almost due. But it was really fun. We originally planned to hit the beach but the weather was not good. With safety precautions and the like at hand, we shifted to plan B. And so we went swimming still. In a pool. Some of us overslept the night before because of overdue school work. It made me really happy that I woke up just on time to leave, even though I hardly slept because I indulged myself so much in finishing up a book series. It was an unfinished manuscript from Stephenie Meyer's supposed-to-be Book 5 of the Twilight Saga, entitled "Breaking Dawn". But since the copies leaked in the internet beforehand, the rough draft remains untouched. With regards to the publishing date, well, it's the author's discretion.

Anyhow, these were some of the pictures during the day.
