I've found a really cute drama version of a music video a few days ago that was from the Korean indie band Raspberry Field's (a duo composed of former Arirang TV's Pops In Seoul VJ and former girl group T.T.Ma member Alice Soy Kim, who is responsible for the vocals, and Jang Joon Seon who is responsible for the accompaniment that is the guitar) latest single entitled You Know (있잖아). They have released a new single album recently, and the two songs in it, are really wonderful. Well, I have liked Raspberry Field ever since. Their songs are always carefree, free-spirited, and easy to listen to. And love, yes, they talk about the matter in the lyrics of most of their songs, that's why many people find them easy to relate to. The music video to their song is like a mini-drama! (Kyaaaaaaaaaaaa! I wish it was really a drama!) And it's the kind of drama I have been wanting to watch for the longest time. *Prays that the drama GODS would hear my prayers...LOL! XD*
Their new single's music video is all about a boy and a a girl who have been very good friends for the longest time ever. Aside from being best friends, it is also obvious that they both like each other, but they can't be together. Why? Because he has a girlfriend. While she on the other hand, clearly likes him. But at the same time, contemplating if she should continue feeling that way, or open up her heart to somebody else who is knocking on her door, since he seems to be not interested (in her POV that is). But he actually is, and it's something that she doesn't know.
And the story goes on.........
LOVE is always complicated. And this music video shows just that! That although two people like each other, sometimes, being together is just as impossible as counting all the stars in the sky. That admitting your feelings is a risk that may result to losing that person if he or she doesn't reciprocate your affection and it's true! It takes a lot of courage to confess. And as much as everyone would like to have a happy ending, most of the time, it doesn't turn out that way. Sadly, there are some things in this world that are not just meant to be. And their are also things that we have to keep within ourselves, even if it can hurt us twice as much.
So check out the drama version of the MV.........
